DDB agency network triumphs at Eurobest 2009 (0)

One of the founders of DDB, Bill Bernbach once said, "It’s not just what you say that stirs people. It’s the way that you say it.” Bernbach’s philosophy has provided the foundation for the thinking of just about every advertising specialist for decades now and which will continue to inspire for as long as advertising exists. And this is the naked truth.

Bernbach’s legacy also lives on in the form of the DDB agency network which has just been recognized as the best agency network of the year at the largest European advertising festival, Eurobest 2009! Yet again, DDB has demonstrated its outstanding ability to find new and unusual ways how to tell stories. And once again these have been heard not only by people, but also by advertising professionals! The works which have won DDB’s laurels will continue to be noticed for a long time to come. Examples which caught the eye of this year’s Eurobest jury and to which it awarded its highest awards include an interactive film created by Tribal DDB Amsterdam for the Philips 21:9 inch television, traps created by DDB Germany for beasts in the home and the sympathy campaign created by DDB London for Harvey Nichols’ clothes mannequins. Where do go from here?
