60 years today Messrs. Doyle, Dane and Bernbach opened a new advertising agency in New York. And so began the active involvement of the DDB international network in advertising. These three men have shaped advertising history and created a company that it’s impossible not to reckon with. Today, DDB is the largest advertising agency network in the world with 206 offices in 96 countries and 15,000 employees who create outstanding ideas every day, because as Bill Bernbach said: “ An idea can turn to dust or magic, depending on the talent that rubs against it ”. Wise words! And this is why DDB remains the most award-winning network in the history of the Cannes Festival. In 1995, DDB’s star was also born in Latvia and in a year’s time we’ll be able to celebrate a notable anniversary – our 15th birthday!
