For the first time in the history of Latvia’s reality shows, an internet platform has been set up for a show. O!Karte's Akadēmija's Internet platform was created with the help of our partner web agency Cube that used a variety of digital instruments – phone voting, MMS competitions, twittering, video posting on both the homepage and youtube.com with voting and commenting options. The homepage could also be accessed via the Internet by mobile phone.
This was all done to achieve maximum involvement of fans in the show and to ensure that parallel to the transmission of O!Karte’s Akademija on television, viewers and fans could follow the show on the Internet. And the results really do speak for themselves! Click here to watch the case study.
