In honour of DDB Latvia’s 13th birthday, our corporate dad Edgars Skulte organised the DDB Carting Cup at the Swedbank Lizings carting track in Kandava. Excitement, individuality, hunger for success and joy at the success and efforts of our colleagues – these are just some of the elements that were fused with speed, tension, cold weather and the smell of petrol and tyres. The Carting Cup provided yet more evidence if any were needed that the DDB Latvia team is full of strong personalities. The number of participants was just as impressive as the results. Reins Grants (0:58.823) and Annija Vitola (1:03.098) set the pace by recording the fastest laps in their respective classes. It just goes to show that we’re not only powerful in a creative and strategic sense, but also excel at sporting activities of just about any calibre!
